Business Names Act 1985
This stipulates if a sole trader or partnership carries on business in a name other than their own the following applies:-- The business must display within the business premises the full names and addresses of it's proprietors or partners.
- The names of the partners or proprietors and the business address must appear on the business stationery.
- The above information has to be supplied to any customer or supplier upon request being made.
