What should you do if you are unable to contact the payer?
If upon making telephone calls to the person responsible for paying your account it is near impossible to speak to that person this can often be a sign of evasiveness. If after assessing your position you conclude such evasiveness is a deliberate ploy to avoid contact and payment depending on the nature of the debt you may wish to take more immediate action towards the recovery of sums due.
