Since then, clients have been using this payment site to settle their bills and we´ve encouraged debtors to use the site to pay their debts. Many of you will be familiar with our online payment pages, but for those of you who´ve not yet tried this out, then please see below for a reminder of how easy - and secure - it is. Benefits of our online payment page Many clients found sending us cheques, paying over the phone etc to be cumbersome so now clients can simply visit the online payment pages and pay their bills in a secure fashion. Our payment system is powered by WorldPay™; so you know you´ll be in safe hands. Of course, if you prefer to pay by more traditional methods then that´s no problem at all. What do you need? Really, all you need to make an online payment is the matter number of the case you´re settling the bill for. This will be listed on the correspondence you have from us, but if you don´t have this just call us on 0141 331 2332 and we´ll give you this to you. Then it´s just a case of completing the simple steps online. Debtors can now pay online too Importantly, the benefits of our online payment system are twofold. This system was put in place as an added-value service for our clients. However, the payment page is set up to not only allow you as clients to pay bills but to allow debtors to pay their debts here too. Why is this important? Well, we believe the easier we make it for debtors to pay their debts (by providing a large spectrum of payment options) then the quicker and more likely they´ll be to make a payment.
