Practical advantages of third party guarantees
- With the guarantee in place obviously your customer will be aware of its existence. That being the case there should be a reasonable expectation the customer will settle guarantee debts perhaps quicker than others in order to avoid your approaching the third party to whom you will have to apply to call up the guarantee. In short guaranteed accounts should be settled more promptly.
