Applicability
We're able to repossess a vehicle under Hire Purchase, Sale Agreement or Lease Hire.

- Debt Collection firms
- Finance companies
- Lease companies
What can we do?
- We can liaise with the debtor regarding voluntary return of the vehicle and arrange uplift.
- Where voluntary return is not possible, we can issue court proceedings for return of the vehicle, arrange uplift and delivery to an Auction House.
- We can liaise with the debtor for payment of any balance due in terms of the agreement. If the balance is not paid, we can carry out enforcement action to obtain payment, where appropriate.
